Ali Khalil earned his Bachelor and MBA degree from the Lebanese American University in Beirut. In 2019, he obtained his MS degree in Economics from Concordia University in Montréal.

He held many managerial positions at Averda Group, COOP Hypermarkets in Lebanon, and at Oscar Inc. in Montréal. He taught many courses at different universities in Lebanon. In 2019, he joined the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon (USAL) as a part time instructor of economics.

He taught several economic courses: Macroeconomics & Microeconomics, Labor Economics, Management, and other business courses.

He has conducted research related to Auction Market, Eye-Tracking, and Decision Making
